It's incredibly underwhelming an repetitive. Not very exciting and there's a few big exploits that completely eliminate the purpose of the game.

Idk if it's just me, but my eyes get fatigued after less than an hour of play-time. It's a good game, don't get me wrong, but a game fatiguing the players' eyes makes it unplayable.
Edit: I've noticed that this is more of a "me problem" if anything. Sorry if I caused any confusion, Matt :)
I remember this one being superior out of the two Rogue Soul games.
-Those feathers that revive downed allies... Is that a reference to the Phoenix Down from Final Fantasy games (like, design-wise, not the function of the item)? Anyways, I've been playing for a half-hour and already noticed the improvements. The SP system is one of the best things that you've fixed. It's great.
-I think that there's some sort of elemental mechanic going on in the background. I noticed that lightning is very effective to armored enemies.
-The game's starting to feel *kinda* grind-y.
Idk if it's just me but so far I'm having a rough time with the game, as in I probably suck at RPGs and that's probably why it's difficult for me. Good game, though.
I'm easily entertained. Thank you.
oh my god that aspect ratio. 2004 was a crazy year for aspect ratios.

So are we just going to ignore the random asset in bonus scene #2 that's hidden behind the knives?
(not that there's anything wrong with it. I just think it's funny)
I'm scared.
Art is something that I really appreciate, since it's a huge part of my life.
